My client a National Insurer is recruiting for a sales executive on an 11 month contract with a view for the vacancy turning permanent.
My client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person working within the General Insurance Sales Development Department.
Key Tasks:
- Ensuring communications to the GI Sales Force are consistent and are in line with sales strategy
- Production & development of Prospecting lists to support field force obtain growth targets
- Production of monthly Competition & Incentive results
- Production of management information with distribution to be in accordance with service level agreements
- Conduct appropriate data analysis and provide comprehensive reports on findings
- Developing initiatives, campaigns and sales tools to support the field force to maximise sustainable profitable growth throughout the network.
- Develop, maintain and monitor the Sales Book by producing topical articles that support our field force in delivery of the sales strategy
- Active involvement in creating new sales initiatives to achieve sales targets
- Ability to liaise effectively with other departments on sales related matters and contribute to meetings, projects and ad-hoc activities
